Job Description
Have you built digital brands and are eager to make an impact? We are now looking for a person who will take the lead role as Head of Communications at AFRY X, to build our digital position among our clients, future employees and partners.
As Head of Communications AFRY X, you will be key to build our future digital position and brand, and also a key contributor to the overall narrative of digitalisation as a key enabler for the sustainable transition. You know how to simplify complex messages and to make them more accessible.
You will be part of the AFRY X division and lead a team of 2-3 communication and marketing specialists. You will work closely with the business, our experts and the marketing & sales within AFRY X; as well as the communication experts across countries and divisions.
We are looking for a digital communicator and natural networker who enjoys building brands to drive sales. As a person you are brave, inclusive and embraces diversity. You are interested in tech, the development and the impact it has on society.

You will report to EVP and Head of Communications at AFRY and be located at AFRY headquarters in Solna.
Your main responsibilities
Build and develop the digital position for AFRY X
Package and optimise digital products & services in cooperation with developers and designers
Lead a team and interact across markets and divisions
Develop marketing strategies, plans and campaigns to drive leads
Build internal engagement, pride and understanding of the digital journey
Master internal and change communication including existing and future acquisitions

Qualifications
Experience in building digital brands
A handfull of years of working experience in a similar position
Leadership experience
Experience with corporate and internal communication
Experience in digital product and service marketing
Relevant higher education within marketing, media, communication or similar
Speak and write both Swedish and English fluently
