Your mission
As the Head of Community you are in charge of the community team within the marketing department at Paradox Interactive. You assume full management responsibility and It is your job to ensure you and your team's work towards and achieve the goals set by you and your team together with your stakeholders.
You’re responsible for the coordination, development and results of your teams and of community as a communication and marketing platform. You work in close collaboration with the other department heads in the marketing department as well as the business owners and product marketing managers to ensure you and your team's support in achieving the goals and objectives of the marketing activations and/or long term marketing strategies.
The skills we’re searching for…
Proven experience in community management & development within the video game industry
3+ years of proven track record of managing teams and/or departments
Both excellent proactive and reactive communication skills.
Solid and reliable project management capabilities.
Clear understanding of both following up on and setting relevant KPI.
Fluent in both written and spoken English
