Summary
Do you want to be our next Head of Consultancy and steward a team of great people on a mission to help our customers excel in their digital marketing with APSIS One? Do you have prior leadership experience from consulting in a SaaS company - then you might be the right person!
Work Description
Reporting to APSIS Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) you will perform these major tasks:
- Manage the P&L for APSIS consultancy
- Set revenue targets in dialogue with CCO
- Set the consultancy strategy and tactics - short and longer term
- Work with and develop our consultancy service offering and pricing model, aligned with the overall APSIS One offering
- Assure an overall performance structure for the consultancy together with the Operational Consultancy Manager and CCO.
- Together with Operational Consultancy Manager - set processes and system support needed for the business
- Assure that our consultants have the competence needed going forward
- Partner actively with our sales organisation in all steps of the customer journey
- Manage a team of direct reports
- Perform recruitment when needed (in all our markets)
- Set the right CX-expectations on consultancy and work actively with NPS
- Bring feedback to our Product team so we can continuously improve our platform
Responsibilities
This role manages the consultancy business at APSIS. The role is responsible for the revenue and margins in the consultancy and assures that we have the right offering and competencies on the team.
- Responsible for the P&L on consultancy based on agreement with CCO
- Responsible for an attractive and working offering on our services
- Assures that we optimise the resources that we have on each market and across markets
- Assures that stakeholders (like support and sales) have proper hand-overs from and to consultancy
- Assure that our consultants know our platform better then anyone (internally and externally)
- Define and own the customer journey for our services
- Create a working feedback loop to Product & R&D
- Identify and set up partnerships needed to support our consultancy where needed

- Deliver a scalable framework for consultancy
- Improve our CX on APSIS Consultancy

Requirements
- Documented leadership skills
- Technical understanding
- Experience in working with customer support, SOC or consulting
- Comfortable with project models
- Worked in SaaS business before
- Experienced with excel and other support tools
- Worked with process and change management
- Good communicator in writing and verbally
- Fluent in English and one of the 4 languages; Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish
- Can make a business case and follow up on it
- Have a good understanding of creating a good CX
- Technical background is an advantage in the role.
Position type
Full time (probation 6 months), placed in either Malmö (Sweden) or Copenhagen (Denmark)
