Head of Content Management/Editors to WGP

Information about the assignment: Academic Work Recruitment is seeking a performance oriented candidate to the position as Head of Content Management/Editors.About the company: Web Guide Partner (WGP) are a key partner for several industry leaders.The company was founded in 2004 by a team of Internet industry veterans and has rapidly become one of the world's most important players in the lead generation markets.Some of the success factors behind WGP include excellence in each market, hands-on focus and personal accountability.WGP's aim is to stay ahead of competition and continue to grow into more segments.Job description: You will manage a team of nine Content Managers/Editors and be responsible for coaching and developing the team and setting salaries, bonuses etc.Your responsibilities include: - Interact with other internal positions such as the BUM, SM Coach, SEO to make sure editor goals are aligned with site/segment business goals - Editor training and skills development and knowledge transfer between editors in different teams - Running content and editorial projects on a need bases for different segments/sites - Setting up content management processes and practices for specific sites/segments - Freelance editor network creation and management with the site - Site content tools - to allow for planning and follow up of editorial work securing business value, brainstorming around content ideas - Setting business goals for the editorial team and editors in different teams - Quality assurance processes for a content/editor perspective You will be situated at the office in central Stockholm and report to Head of Traffic Equisition group.To suit the position you must be result oriented, a good communicator and with good people skills. We are seeking a candidate with: - Previous leadership experience - Editorial experience - Experience from writing for the web - Good understanding of SEO - Internet interest - Fluency in English, preferably American English As a person you must have leadership and co-operational skills.You must be creative, performance oriented, initiative and have the ability to persuade others.An important part of the role is to interact with others why co-operational skills are necessary.
