Telenor has significant TV & Entertainment operations across the Nordics, with more than a million customers across Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. This role sits in the Nordic Strategy and Commercial team which is responsible for ensuring Telenor has an optimal strategy across the Nordics, and that we leverage our strengths to deliver great products and win customers in the region.

We are looking for a strong candidate to lead a high-performing team of negotiators spread across four different countries. The candidate will be involved from day one in shaping the team for the future and help the local TV teams to offer even better products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a centralized Nordic content team and develop expertise across Nordic Business Units.  
* Coordinate the development of Nordic content acquisition strategy & roadmap.
* Drive the agenda for the rest of the negotiation team in close collaboration with local and group stakeholders.
* Lead content negotiations processes and distribution agreements for Telenor´s partnership with content providers.
* Act as key account manager towards a portfolio of relevant content partners.
* Develop and secure strong collaboration and transparency between Nordic Business Units.
* Establish best-in-class ways of working both towards Nordic Business Units and external partners.
* Participate in future TV business development from the content point of view.
* Ensure that Telenor´s best interests across the Nordics are safeguarded in the event of conflicting needs.
* Actively challenge and support local Business Units on assessments related to content.
* Together with the local TV teams, support in growing revenues and EBITDA through better content partnerships meeting the respective Business Units´ local strategy.

Desired Skills and Experience:
* Extensive knowledge of the media and content industry in the Nordics (incl. content acquisition, distribution agreements, negotiation processes) with 5-10 years of experience.
* Extensive experience of coordinating complex negotiations across many internal departments and with external suppliers.
* Extensive experience in partnership management.
* Experienced in working in a matrix and virtual organization, preferably with multiple development teams.
* Demonstrate excellent experience in leading and coaching a multi-cultural and geographically spread team to achieve success.
* Be able to think strategically about a wide range of issues.
* Working experience in an international business or environment.
* Fluent in English (both written and oral), knowledge of Nordic languages is considered beneficial.

* Ability to collaborate, organize and run cross-functional and multi-cultural projects.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; experience of navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and ability to lead by influencing a diverse group and at different levels in the organization.
* Solution-oriented and able to find compromise, both internally and externally.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to build constructive relationships with senior leaders, CEO and CXO layers.
* Calm and collected personality, able to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
