Do you want to help us build our site reliability engineering (SRE) and DevOps capability while continue to secure a reliable delivery of existing business systems and platforms for integration for the production in PostNord? Solutions within your responsibilities will be both platforms for CI/CD, Integration and container as well as business systems support selected parts of the production of parcel- and logistics services.

As Head of Core Solutions, you have responsibility for all IT-solutions and resources within your area. Your role is to lead and develop our IT-solutions, the team, and our outsourcing partners. Your organisation works in agile teams and release trains together with other agile roles. You are a key stakeholder for the agile teams and release trains and an integral part of their respective governance forums. As Head of Core solutions, you are a member of the leadership team of Solution Area Production within Group IT.

Job duties

You have end-to-end accountability for the IT-solutions in your area, which includes but is not limited to:

* Quality, stability, security, lifecycle management, technical debt and cost
* Vendor contracts and relationships including licenses together with vendor mgt
* Architecture and development of solutions to meet short- and long-term needs
* Ensure an effective and reliable delivery of solutions to users in IT and business
* Secure peak preparation and execution for the production in Postnord is done with quality
* Resource delivery (employees and consultants) to the agile teams and release trains
* Collaboration and coordination with other solution areas and parts of the IT-organization as well as stakeholders outside IT

We are looking for you who have

* Experience in DevOps based delivery and have a good understanding of how concepts like SRE and CI/CD work in practice
* Experience and knowledge in delivery of IT integration solutions and technology
* Are passionate about and have deep knowledge in the technology solutions as well as an understanding in business and processes
* Preferably are an experienced manager and leader with several years of experience in IT leadership positions in complex organizations with a passion for people
* Experience from outsourced delivery and supplier management
* Probably have a hands-on experience in systems development and IT architecture

You need to have be able to drive real change. Your way of working is inclusive, structured and responsible and you need to be able to handle stressful situations and prioritize job tasks independently. Furthermore we belive you are good in identifying and solving complex problems. Your communication skills are good and you love to collaborate with others.
