Tasks and responsibilities:

As Head of Corporate Communications, you will have responsibility for ensuring that IAR Systems has a global coherent messaging throughout all the company’s communication activities and channels. You will work together with key stakeholders within the company to identify, develop and publish communications activities that position the company as a key player within its area. The workday is a mix of strategic work and operational content production. Your primary target group is external stakeholders such as investors, media outlets of any kind, and advisories, whereas you will support, assist, influence, and advise. You will also network and establish good internal and external relations.

Together with the CMCO and Finance team, you will become a major part of developing and forming the Communications agenda at IAR Systems. You will be responsible for the budget of the division.

• Development of Communication Strategy, Messaging Platform, and Communication Plan as well as Agency Procurement for development
• Day-to-day management of the agency relationships as well as procurement
• Creation and execution of CEO, CTO, and CSO agendas
• Development and distribution of IR materials for quarterly reports
• Handle IAR System Annual Report
• Production and distribution of press materials, handling of Media, Influencer, and Analyst Relations
• Drive, develop and nurture internal communication programs for global IC

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• 4 – 6 years experience in internal and external communications in an international listed B2B company
• Experience managing communications to investor relations, community & press
• Experience managing agency/vendor relationships
• Experience managing and/or creating communication platforms
• Fluent in English, written & verbal

Start: Upon agreement
Location: Office is located in Uppsala. Remote work is allowed. You preferably live in the surrounding areas which makes it easy for you to access the office when needed.
