Corporate Cost Control is a team of controllers, who work to support, advice and follow up Group Functions, Group IT and our Property organization, The team works closely with the different Functions and have a close dialogue with managers and other stakeholders.



Your role

As Head of Corporate Cost Control, you and your team are responsible for giving the organization a fair overview of the financial development, producing budgets and forecasts and supporting the organization in different kind of financial matters. In addition, you are expected to propose and initiate actions needed to achieve the organization's financial goals.



You will be a member of the Operational Excellence management team and central function in the Corporate Control Team.



The role includes the following tasks:

* Responsible for reporting and analysis of Corporate's results in financial statements, forecast and budget
* Initiate and implement improvement activities to ensure best practice in financial processes
* Responsible for educating and informing the organization in financial matters
* Be a proactive support to the organization's managers in financial matters, processes and tools
* Responsibility for cost allocation principles



The position includes national travels, sometimes with short notice.

* Have a broad knowledge of Business Economics and experience in project-managed operations is desirable
* Have a leadership mindset where you can make the team grow and thrive at work
* You work structured and goal-focused to meet set deadlines
* English and swedish skills in a business environment both orally and in writing
* Have good skills in Excel
* Have a relevant academic degree



Experience in Agresso and HFM is a good merit.



This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.



Location for this position is Linköping, Gothenburg or Järfälla.
