In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Lead the new organization Corporate Solutions Sweden of 200+ individuals that are responsible for operating and maintaining large the Swedbank’s Corporate Banking products in Sweden.
- Be a part of the management team of Group Payment, Lending and Cards that is responsible for Swedbank’s core banking products and IT delivery in all our four home markets.
- Develop the way of working for corporate banking products along the end-to end process
- Support the business areas with best-in-class business support with Corporate Solutions
- Leasing & Hire Purchasing product, operations and IT delivery including the market leading fleet management offering in Autoplan
- Cash management products, integration and support and actively manage the products, processes and IT deliveries in the liquidity area.


What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one
- Proven record of customer experience and leadership position in the corporate banking area
- Understanding in cross-functional managing of products, operations and IT
- Experience in leading leaders
- Experience of leading bigger organisations
- Knowledge of Swedish and English both oral and written
