TOTEME is looking for a Head of Creative Studio to join our team in Stockholm full-time. You will work closely with the Brand Director to conceive and execute large-scale brand initiatives. You will support the Brand team with their projects on a day-to-day basis, delivering feedback and, together with the Brand Director, ensuring impeccable delivery. You will work on a range of projects, from brand campaigns, store openings and product launches, to digital and print materials for all of TOTEME’s global brand channels. You will play a key role in communicating and maintaining the TOTEME brand across all touchpoints, helping build TOTEME as a Swedish fashion house of global recognition. You will report to the Brand Director.
The role
Create strong, convincing and innovative concepts for still and film in line with brand image and company strategy
Oversee the Brand team in the production and post-production of brand and marketing collateral material, including lookbooks, newsletters, invitations, advertising layouts, e-commerce and social media content
Research, conceptualize, lead and execute assigned print and digital initiatives
Drive creativity and innovation within the Brand team
Propose creative teams and collaborators
Direct the creative teams on-set
Ensure all assets produced meet TOTEME’s visual identity standards
Your profile
Minimum 5 years’ experience in art direction, preferably within luxury fashion
Strong art direction skills, from idea conception to execution and post-production
Confident and experienced with moving image and digital content creation
Experience working with typography and graphic design
A strong portfolio reflecting professional experience
Skilled user of the Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to produce global brand assets of a high standard
Ability to lead the in-house creative team in their day-to-day work
Ability to optimize flows and efficiency

Deeply knowledgeable about the fashion industry with a strong library of references
Impeccable organizational skills, with the ability to lead and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Leadership skills – experience leading teams preferable

Analytical and digital savvy with a data-driven approach
