<b>What makes Head of Creative at SSP exciting?</b>
We are in a period of change building a new Nordics Region for our business. We are looking for a Head of Creative who will be responsible for the creation, operational management and delivering of brand communications and printed materials. Reporting to the Marketing Services Director in Norway you'll be placed at our office at Arlanda Airport, Stockholm, working across the whole Nordics.

<b>Overall role:</b>
The Head of Creative supports the commercial team to turn commercial plans into workable solutions, ensuring communication materials are delivered on brief, on time and on budget. You own the creative development process, manage brand guidelines/assets and artwork fulfilment both in-house and externally.
<b>Main responsibilities:</b>
. Drive the production processes and advise on the correct procedures
. Oversees implementation process via local country management ensuring adequate resources, internal and external, are in place
. Responsible for print buying, creating print specs and managing relationship with print and design suppliers
. Manages external creative agencies and ensures they work to SSP guidelines
. Management of POS budget and ensure POS designs are maximised to deliver best commercial outcomes
. Working with all our stakeholders, propose and develop digital strategy for the region.
<b>Profile:</b>
To succeed in this role you need to have at least 3-5 years' experience in a similar position. You must have Retail / F&B or Hospitality experience. We want you to have strong verbal and written communication and advanced Adobe cc suite skills required. Your attention to details and ability to multitask is important. You have high level planning skills and are self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn and adapt in a complex changing environment. Fluent Swedish and English in spoken and written.
