About Carla

We believe that more people should be able to drive electric. Therefore, we have set out to build the safest, most convenient and most transparent way to find, get, and ultimately have, an electric car. Carla was founded in 2020, with strong VC backing and is now in an exciting growth phase to establish Carla as the market-leading “EV-companion” in Europe. To accomplish this we are now looking for our very first CRM manager.

About the role

Managing all of Carla’s relationships and interactions with our customers and potential customers is crucial to meeting our goal of having and keeping industry-leading customer satisfaction. As a CRM manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and further developing all our customer interactions, for our customer's buying, selling, and owning an electric car. You will report to the co-founder/Chief Commercial Officer.

Example areas of responsibility will include:

- Create and drive Carla's CRM strategy
- Drive strategy, selection, implementation, and continuous usage of CRM tools
- Work closely with Ecommerce and Product Managers; to use/build CRM tools to improve our customer journey
- Execute CRM activities together with our e-commerce and operations teams
- Ensure consistency across customer journeys in customer communication Identify cross-product/customer journey problems/opportunities

Furthermore, we look for people who have that magical mix of being great at what they do, show a strong drive, obsess about consumer experience, whilst being humble and eager to learn. In this particular role, we believe that the following experience is needed:

- Hands-on experience from working with tools such as Zendesk or Hubspot
- Experience from working with workflows, task automation, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.
- Experience working in an Ecommerce/Marketplace/Direct to consumer business during hyper-growth phase.
