ABOUT THE ROLE
We foresee exciting times ahead at The Absolut Company, where our Brand Creative team is looking for a Head of Culture and Collaborations leader to strengthen our company's capabilities on culture, collaboration, partnership and licensing, globally.
This opportunity is a new position that will lead a dynamic team to identify unique opportunities to put our brands at the forefront of popular culture: to do things differently, celebrate Brand values, advance the notion of lifestyle spirits and accelerate the business.
In this role you and your team will unlock the most strategic, innovative collaboration, partnership and licensing solutions for TAC Brands and be responsible for the output of all projects involving TAC's global brand collaborations.
Your contribution will increase our brands awareness as well as helping us spreading important and valuable messages around the world such as: diversity, inclusion and many more.

In this role you will report to our Brand Creative Director and will have a team of 3, Senior Brand Manager Partnerships & Collaborations, Brand Manager Culture and Brand Manager Advocacy & Education (50%).
Some of your responsibilities
Support Director - Brand Creative in crafting overarching positioning, strategy, objectives and concepts behind partnerships and collaborations
Understand and predict where culture is shifting, leveraging Creative Content Managers' (CCM) insights from Drive Markets
Build the global strategy for the culture elements ensuring the integration of culture, collaboration, partnership and licensing in TAC's annual Marketing and Communication plans
Ensure global culture strategy (and all its elements) align with Brands' and Pernod Ricard's values, strategies and priorities
Develop and lead global solutions, content, experiences and activations that are culturally relevant, forward thinking and consumer centric which will grow and nurture our Brands and consumer tribes
Develop and deepen relationships with innovative cultural leaders and find, source, develop and service cultural collaborations
Develop plans taking into account the overall Brand Strategies and drive plans from collaborator POV across Marketing teams
Be the point of contact and negotiator for collaborators and external agencies, supported by Procurement and Legal teams
Work closely with CCMs to identify and manage paid influencer opportunities to support the amplification of global cultural, collaboration, partnership and licensing campaigns
Drive and support relevant regional events and activations with alignment from Creative teams
Upskill Creative and Brand Strategy teams in cultural marketing
ABOUT YOU
You are a creative and consumer-oriented professional with the ability to combine company's values, strategy and vision with popular trends and culture. You enjoy working on multiple projects where cross-collaboration is key for success. You are brave enough to challenge the status quo and always looking into continuously improve and innovate.
You have
University degree in business/marketing
Minimum 15 years marketing experience ideally within globally managed business – from major FMCG companies, spirits, car industry, luxury goods or leading global brands such as Apple, Google
Digital or Advertising agency experience is mandatory, as an Account leader
Development of Global brand partnerships, collaborations and licensing programs
Understanding of Events/Experiences
International experience highly desirable
Must be fluent in English, other languages can be beneficial
