The role:
As the Head of Customer Success at Svea Solar you will play an important role. You will be part of the global commercial team and help our countries reach a high customer satisfaction, the best customer journey and recurring customers. As one of the largest solar providers to the B2C-segement your focus should lie on our B2C-portfolio.
In detail:
- Ensure the best possible customer journey for the B2C segment of Svea Solar.
- In collaboration with CCO and other stakeholders, you will set up and execute on our customer success strategy and improve our customer journey.
- Work towards an Up- and Cross Sell budget with a strong focus on finding new opportunities within our current and future customer portfolio.
- Work actively with the customer journey to ensure a high NPS-score and customer satisfaction.
- Shorten and streamline the journey from lead to sales by working with smart tools and automation.
- Set up and implement the strategy for Svea:s ambassadors program.
- Effectively collaborate with and across other departments including but not limited to sales, marketing, product, support and delivery.
You will be measured on:
- Net promoter score (NPS)
- Churn-rate: Create loyal customers and improve the customer journey
- After sales: How many customers buys an add-on or refers to another neighbor or friend
- Average close time
- Recurring customers
- Number of leads from our ambassador program
- Customer satisfaction
- Service level agreement
Who you are:
We believe you come from a start-up/scale-up environment. You have most likely worked cross-functional within your previous roles. You are a go-getter that doesn’t settle for “ok” you will always strive to be better than yesterday.
Skills:
- Bachelors degree or higher within business administration or engineering
- + 5 years’ experience of working with customer journey, consulting or customer success.
- Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
- Deep understanding of delivery skills, methods and tools.
- Data driven & analytical
- Experience in analyzing data, trends and client information to identify product and revenue growth opportunities
- Experience from working with Salesforce is a plus but not required
- Fluency in both English and Swedish is a requirement
