For E.ON to succeed, we need to adapt to evolving demands from our customers. To do this we are now looking for a new colleague that will take on the role as Head of CX & End to End. You will lead a department of approximately 30 employees (3 teams), who are focused on improving every day, both in our commercial offering, our service, and our ability to adapt to change. The team secures that we can deliver on our (future) promises to our customers. The teams that you will be leading are all professionals, they love their work and enjoy delivering daily to reach E.ONs vision – to improve people’s lives.

As Head of CX & End to End you work multidisciplinary throughout the organization to continuously improve. With the team, you improve commercial strength (e.g. faster time to market, competitive pricing) while bringing the complexity and cost down. As a manager you are ahead of the market and address business challenges of today and tomorrow. We look for somebody that has a cooperative nature, loves to push things forward, take decisions and getting people behind our vision.

In the role you will have a direct responsibility for 3 domains. The first is to secure that we have the right products and pricing to our customers. The second is to drive continuous improvement using traditional lean philosophy. The last is to facilitate a fact base organization by steering data analytics. You will be a key player in this challenge and leading the team to success. The department is newly set up, which means that you need to shape processes, working relationships, capabilities and the content of the new department.

Who are you?

You will report to Klaas de Gier, Managing Director - E.ON Energilösningar and E.ON Kundsupport, and you will be part of his management team. His expectations on you are that you are passionate about changing the business through operational excellence, the people, and relationships. You always work with the customer in mind, and you use lean management to achieve high customer satisfaction and efficiently. Klaas looks forward to a close collaboration where you have an honest and direct dialogue.

The colleagues in Klaas leadership team all have a positive attitude and sees work as fun and rewarding even when its challenging. The team has a focus on delivering what we promise to our customers, but also to take a responsibility to develop the entire business within Customer Support and Energy together.
