What you will do
As Head of Cyber Defense Center (CDC) you will build a team and lead a global organization that has the ability to work with posture management, monitoring threats and risks, proactively search, identify, analyze and incapacitate cyberthreats 24/7. This new organization requires new processes, close cooperation with other functions in Security & Risk and building relations within Business Tech to match their needs. This will be the next achievement for you and your team!
Opportunity and experience
You and Business Tech will benefit from your experience in developing and lead a CDC, or similar entity, as well as your experience from building a strong team knowing that this is the key to success. Having created relations with stakeholders, implementing new ways of working, including new tools, processes, recruiting new types of skills and executing change management involving your team is a huge opportunity for both you and Business Tech.
