We are now looking for a Head of Cyber Security Networks, Cyber Security Infrastructure to work with enterprise grade secure web gateways, intrusion detection and prevention and DDoS mitigation solutions and more both from an operative perspective and defining appropriate security controls. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Cyber Security leader who is eager to develop a highly skilled Cyber Security unit.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Cyber Security Infrastructure team. In this role you will lead a group of Cyber Security specialists. The group is distributed over the Nordics and Poland. The team is operating several business critical security technologies that ensures both integrity and availability of Nordea systems. Further the team is actively developing new capabilities under Nordea’s security program.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a group of experienced Cyber Security professionals.
* Ensuring operational stability of Cyber Security technologies.
* Developing, growing and evolving the unit to meet emerging threats. Technical capabilities and its people.
* Working with the other heads of cyber security domains to develop strategic plans.
* Performing active stake holder management and collaboration with other Cyber and technology units.
* Executing on security program initiatives. Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
* Maintaining vendor relationships.
* Supporting budgetary and resource planning
You’ll join a growing organization that delivers cyber security services and an Enterprise level with opportunities to excel and grow. The role is based in Stockholm; Copenhagen; Gdańsk; Gdynia; Helsinki; Warszawa.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Have great people management skills, experience of cross-border projects with different cultures and knowledge of organisational value-based leadership
* Have experience from the cyber security or technology domain ideally in the financial services sector or a regulated industry.
* Hold general technical knowledge and business orientation and are able to challenge your surroundings with focus on achieving efficiency and professional security levels
* Have a structured work approach, understand complex problems around people, process and technology.
* Are able to prioritize work and present options in a fast-pace environment.
* Have a passion to challenge the status quo.
Your experience and background:
* Previous leadership experience from a cyber security or technology organization.
* Have an understanding of Cyber Security domains for example technologies, kill chains, threat detections, adversary tactics and techniques (MITRE), Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) and more.
* Excellent team leading skills and a "can do, let's get it done" attitude is crucial.
* Ability to drive cyber security posture improvements.
* A degree in computing with a strong security element (a Master's or PhD is even better, but not essential).
* Having security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, OSCP, CEH or CREST will be beneficial.
* As we are truly international organisation, we expect you to be able to speak and write English at an advanced level. A university degree or corresponding experience is considered as an asset.
