About this opportunity
Welcome to the Cyber Threat Management unit. It’s an expertise unit of the Nordea Cyber Defence Centre (CDC), with special focus on threat attribution and investigation of internal and external threats. We are a trusted partner supporting Nordea holistically as well as collaborating externally in fighting cyber threats. Our broad technical expertise paired with niche competences in the areas of Investigations, Intelligence and Data Analytics make us a unique and resourceful partner.
As Head of Cyber Threat Management unit, you’ll play a crucial role leading the team and maintaining stakeholders to facilitate the overall protection and de-risking of the bank.
What you’ll be doing:
* Operationally lead a team of 17 senior experts.
* Strategize and provide input on the vision and future target operating model.
* Actively support both the operational and development work.
* Excel the capabilities by developing the people, processes and technology.
* Drive and facilitate cooperation with stakeholders across the bank and externally.
* Inspire and drive innovative solutions and ideas.
You’ll join as a leader for a highly dedicated team spread across Nordics + Poland. The role is based in Helsinki, Stockholm or Copenhagen.

Your experience and background:
* Minimum 8 years of professional experience in complex investigative or intelligence work.
* Master’s degree in relevant area or equivalent experience is required.
* Strong knowledge and demonstrated ability of operational lead when running investigations and/or intelligence operations.
* It’s a benefit if you have a general technical knowledge or special proficiency in one or more areas of: OSINT, digital forensics, big data analysis or applied ML/AI.
* As we are truly an international organisation, we expect you to be able to speak and write English on a superior level.
