Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Dynamics Platform department within Commercial Operations is responsible for developing & implementing D365 Finance & Operations platform to our business units globally. Commercial Operations has a commitment to invest heavily in this area to have a solid ERP backbone and implement D365 as a commodity to support various business process areas.
We see big challenges in front of us to make this happen. Therefore, we are in the phase of setting up the organization which is capable to address these challenges in a sustainable way. We have decided to split the team where one team will be focusing on securing the development of blueprint and ensuring operational stability. While the other team will be entirely focusing on smooth implementations.
Job Description
You will be responsible to lead and coach the D365 Development & Operations team. Your team is mainly compromised of business analysts & product owners. Our development teams are organized in the form of squads. These business analysts/product owners have their own squad in most cases. In this role, you will be required to challenge/improve ways of working, drive the team towards agreed targets and deliveries.
You and your team will work in close cooperation with our regions, central support functions within Commercial Operations, Sales & Marketing, Scania IT etc. We are now in an intense development and implementation phase. You can look forward to working in a highly international environment with very demanding stakeholders.
Your Profile
You are a driving and engaging person who believes in teamwork to bring value out of the daily work. You are an operative who is available for the team when needed. You take initiative, see possibilities and be creative in reaching your own and your team’s goals. You are a strong individual who can anchor decisions and collaborate among various stakeholders.
We believe that you have a university degree or corresponding knowledge. Minimum two years’ experience of line management is required, preferably within Automotive and/or IT. You are willing to travel, find international contacts stimulating and communicate in English fluently.
