About the role
As the Head of Delivery, you will lead our agile ways of working and provide motivational guidance to our delivery teams across the Nordic region, the UK, and the US, including scrum masters and agile coaches, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. You will manage a small and growing team of talented delivery professionals and together your main objective will be to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers. Reporting directly to the CTO and working closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will play an essential part in our mission to become the leading force within property management.


Our product development department is expanding rapidly and comprises a talented team of 90 individuals and in this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the head of productivity and our team managers. This synergy will contribute to your professional growth, and together, we aim to create an environment that fosters innovation and teamwork. Your key responsibilities will include:


- You will provide inspiring and motivational leadership with a "playing coach attitude" to the delivery team across the Nordic region, the UK, and the US, including scrum masters and agile coaches, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

- Help guide the product and engineering teams to establish the delivery process and ensure everyone is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- You will own Odevos “ways of working” and implement agile methodologies and best practices to ensure the successful delivery of our software products and services.

- Continuously evaluate and improve the delivery process to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

- Take charge of the recruitment process, ensuring that the right individuals are hired for the delivery team.

Who you are
You are a coaching leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Collaboration is a key aspect of our organization, and we are looking for someone who can thrive while working harmoniously across departments and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Furthermore, experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment will be highly regarded, as it demonstrates the ability to thrive in dynamic settings.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in software development and delivery, with at least five years in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies.

Location
While we have an office in Stockholm, it is a fully remote position if that suits you best. Our office is on the top floor of the newly built Sthlm 04, which offers stunning views over Stockholm.
