Dedicated Networks accelerates Ericsson's effort to capture the market for Dedicated Networks. It is the major growth opportunity beyond eMBB for Ericsson. Dedicated Networks is hosted in BTEB (Business Area Technologies and New Businesses). It has the ownership of Ericsson's Dedicated Networks business with responsibility for P&L, offerings, Sales enablement, optimized Delivery and relevant eco system development for Dedicated Networks across the Ericsson Group. The unit uses R&D, Supply, Services, Managed Services and Sales in respective BAs and MAs in addition to its own capabilities.
As Head of Delivery and Customer Operations, you will be responsible for the long- and short-term supply, support and Managed Service requirements for Dedicated Networks. You will ensure that delivery and services are meeting the highest standards and SLAs possible for the business critical Dedicated Networks we provide. You will manage our specific requirements for implementation and tracking of Ericsson’s Global Supply, Services (SAN) and Sourcing organizations. You are also expected to enable efficient global expansion as we address wider target markets. You will lead a team of experts that interfaces with CFR in MAs. As a leader, you will be a role model of Ericsson’s core values and foster a One Ericsson team.

Main responsibilities:
Establish competitive offerings of Support, Supply and Managed Service for Dedicated Networks that match the delivery requirements and SLAs in out chosen market segments
Develop Customer Operations, delivery flows and supporting tools together with other BAs and Global functions. Drive transformations as required
Ensure forecasting and dimensioning of delivery capacity based on business needs together with Sales Enablement & Commercial Management and MAs
Develop commercial and technical solution documentation and overall value proposition
Measure KPIs and provide insights on our performance and customer satisfaction with Supply, Services and Managed Services for Dedicated Networks
Provide insights and improvement requirements to Product and Solutions management based on performance measurements
Set up efficient processes for trial and partner system deployments
Establish and manage efficient cooperation and interface towards Global Supply, Support and Managed Services organizations
Provide support to and gain feedback from CFRs in MA for continuous improvements
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
Leadership

Ability to formulate operational strategies, business cases and defining long-term delivery, support and managed service strategies

Good knowledge of the global telecom market and its transformation, especially 5G
