We’re looking for our new Head of Demand Generation to spearhead our lead generation initiatives and grow our marketing team. If you are a revenue-centric marketing leader that thrives on growth and scaling a modern B2B demand engine, this is the perfect role for you!

This is you
You’re data-driven, strategic, and understand what it means to be a true partner with our sales teams to develop demand generation strategies that will hit our pipeline targets. You’re on top of all the numbers in your funnels.
As a key marketing leader at Oneflow, you will be responsible for building a scalable, predictable and repeatable process of generating demand across both our self-serve and sales-led channels.
Perhaps you’re currently working as a senior campaign manager who’s ready to take on more responsibility and the next step in your career. Or you’re looking to switch into the B2B world after rising through the ranks in the B2C field.
What you’ll be doing
Own inbound sales pipeline generation and revenue growth
Be accountable for the end-to-end lead generation initiatives i.e. strategy, development, execution and analytics of lead generation programs to drive demand
Build and grow the demand generation function from scratch
Get your hands dirty in managing the day-to-day omnichannel strategy that you develop to maximize lead and account engagement
Work with sales and revenue operations to track and manage our lead funnels and increase conversion rates at each stage of engagement
Manage spends and campaigns across Google Adwords, display, paid social, etc
Establish lead nurturing tracks to increase sales velocity and conversion rate
Acquire new leads by converting site traffic through content, landing pages, and CTAs on the website such as chat
Work with revenue ops to track performance of all marketing activities, continuously reiterating new approaches and improving upon existing actions
Partner with the creative team to develop content that drives engagement and action
Ensuring timely roll out of initiatives and project success by managing stakeholders, budget, timelines and processes

Minimum skills and requirements
Master’s degree or equivalent experience in demand generation related roles (7+ years)
Experience in leading a marketing team ideally in a growing company
A record of success building predictable and measurable demand for B2B or B2C companies
Experience in direct acquisition, retargeting and ABM campaigns
Demonstrated track record of increasing marketing sourced revenue
Passion for people that includes developing and managing a team
Strong knowledge of the back-end systems such as CMS, MAPs and CRMs
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation (in English)
Exceptional analytical skills

It’s a huge plus if you have
Active or willing to grow your network in the demand gen / SaaS world
Experience in sales and business development
Fluency in any other Nordic/European language
