MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.
We’re now looking for a Head of Demand Planning to our customer within the FMCG industry. This is a recruitment which means you will be employed directly by our client.

In this role your main responsibilities will be driving the Demand Planning and best practice for S&OP. You will cover two different business units in a branded environment. This is a challenging but exciting role suitable for someone with drive and determination combined with a focus on delivering excellent day to day service.
Job Description: Enable the development of superior demand plans in dynamic markets with most accurate sales forecasts and a high end-to-end visibility while ensuring ideal stock levels
Support and run optimal Co-Packing setup in alignment with Sales and Global Supply Chain requirements
Lead, coach and develop a diverse and multi-faceted team of 8 employees in the Demand Planning and Co-Packing team.
Lead the monthly S&OP Process and the respective meetings with special focus on demand alignment
Support launches, relaunches and promotions by providing business with visibility on existing stock and secure a proper implementation of projects with respect of timings and limitation of costs
Lead a regular complexity reduction process and the alignment with all stakeholders
Develop performance KPIs for Demand Planning including budget for scrapping and regularly track and review them.
Act as a deputy/backup of the Head of Supply Chain
Experience and skills: Leadership experience ideally within Demand Planning or FMCG
Change & People Management experience
Commercial & Business Awareness
Preferably broader experience of Supply Chain including Warehouse, Logistics and Customer Service
Fluency in English is a requirement. Swedish is not required but is an advantage
You have strong Excel skills. SAP skills is seen as a merit
Master’s Degree (or comparable) in a related field is an advantage
