Our Exciting Opportunity !
As Head of Deployment, Mobile Financial Services (MFS), you will be accountable for and provide overall direction for MFS Deployment, System Integration and Application Development Maintenance. Your responsibilities will cover a highly skilled organization of approx. 150 employees spanning multiple countries. This exciting role is responsible for the direct line management of a team of about 15-20 senior employees. This role will report directly to Head of Mobile Financial Services.
As a senior leader and a member of the MFS Leadership Team, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong ability to innovate, collaborate, be result-oriented and a problem-solver in a highly fast-paced organization.
You will
Work collaboratively with peers to develop and execute on MFS strategies and plans
Effectively build, lead and develop the global MFS Deployment organization
Be responsible for all System Integration Service Delivery of MFS
Secure Customer satisfaction and value thru an efficient Service Delivery
Establish delivery part of end-to-end SW Delivery Pipeline
Key attributes:
Broadly diversified experience in MFS domain from technical, customer and market knowledge dimensions
Solid business understanding and knowledge of Operator realities
Excellent skills in Customer relationship and escalation management
Instrumental skills in negotiation and communication
Strong financial acumen and financial analytical skills
Ability to create strategy and execution to industrialize 3rd party solutions with EWP product as customer solutions evolve
Be innovative and accountable for project implementation costs to be delivered within the planned scope budget
Flexibility to travel and meet customers regularly (minimum 100 days of travel) and be accountable for Ericsson project roll-out and securing consequent RFS, PAC & FAC milestones for Ericsson
Leadership:
Focused on effective execution while navigating complexity and ambiguity
Effective communication, collaboration, problem-solving and analytical skills
High integrity with a strong focus on compliance and the ability to foster a speak-up culture
A role model of courageous leadership; curious and willing to challenge the status quo
An inclusive leadership style with experience of matrix leadership
To be successful in the role you should have
A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or a related discipline
Experience in direct interaction with C-levels on the customer side, former leadership responsibility, preferably in diverse cultural/geographic settings
Experience of working in multiple countries (preferred)
