As a Head of Design, you will be responsible for leading the design of the Truecaller product suite as a whole, including the Android and iOS apps and as well the website.
That is a great opportunity to have a direct impact on more than 300 million active users monthly in an exciting role based in Stockholm, Sweden.
What do we expect from you
Own the design of the Truecaller product suite in its entirety. This includes the Android App, iOS app and the website.
Constantly work on adapting designs to audiences of diverse nature in our key markets
Help all the product designers in India and Stockholm by coaching them and guiding them on how to improve their output. Be their sounding board.
Help product designers prioritize their activities
Evolve design processes / design systems along with the product designers
Own the design language for the Truecaller products (both in terms of UI and UX).
Facilitate design guidelines along with all product designers
Conduct design reviews / design critiques frequently for Product Managers/Directors
Be the go to person for all things design



What will you work on
5+ years of experience in leading mobile product design for a large consumer facing product in India
Obsessive about coaching product designers and setting them up for success
Must have a keen eye for design on mobile in emerging markets
Understanding the balance between form and function and the ability able to convince stakeholders about decisions taken
