Head of Development

We are looking for a Head of Development who likes to work in a flat-structured, tech driven, friendly and fun enviroment.
The role, based in Stockholm, involves leading and doubling our already excellent team of 8 Front- and Back-End engineers during 2021. You will work very close with C-level Management, the Product Management team as well as Head of Test and Head of IT.
We consider ourselves dynamic, pragmatic and quality-oriented, and would like to see that you are too.
To be successfull in this role, you voice your opinions, you like to take responsibility for- and influence your own work as well as the company´s effort as a whole. Leading always by example.
Experiences
Minimum 3 years of Engineering Management with personell responsibilities
Agile process implementation and development
Start-up and/or scale-up environments
Taking part of prioritization and synchronization of development projects
