Right now we are looking for a Head of Digital Dealer & Customer Experience, Digital & IT to head our teams working with transforming our dealer and customer experiences and be an important part of our Digital & IT Leadership team.


Opportunity description:
Retain great relationships with our internal network of employees working with brand & marketing, dealers, customers and regions.
Create a working environment focused on cross functionality, inclusion, value creation and innovation.
Develop stronger working relationships with our cross functional teams impacting the digital interaction with Volvo CE.
Guide Regional Sales Digital & IT Teams in producing, implementing and adapting solutions to regional needs
Lead and participate in further developing and creating the future state of Digital & IT in Volvo CE, focusing on Dealer Experience, Customer Experience and regionally specific sales needs.


Mindset and Competence:
5-10 years of leadership experience within Digital & IT, brand, dealer development, customer experience or a comparable field
You have failed and overcome difficulties and learned from mistakes
You have experience from driving change in a global environment
You can attract, develop and support talents
You have demonstrated a growth and learning mindset in yourself and supporting it in others
