Telia has set a path to be the most purposeful digital telecommunication and media provider in the Nordics and Baltics. To achieve this, Telia is focusing its attention to its customers becoming customer centric at its core, with digital customer journeys enabling personalised customer experience journeys.
Is this your next opportunity?
As part of this role, you will work with Telia and its partners to define, align and mobilise a framework for service design across Telia for its segments.
Some of the key deliverables of the role will include:
Review of all product and channel journeys across mobile, fixed, TV, etc. in each segment
Close interaction with the portfolio team to clarify target digital products
Close interaction with IT/BSS team from a customer journey perspective
Identify best practices within the company and scale into markets
Set a maturity plan for our customer journeys in line with our simplification and IT transformations coming years with main achievements
Scope and prioritize with clear deliveries from countries and group
Align with HR on competence, culture and way of working changes needed to be successful
