We are currently looking for you who is ready for the exciting challenge to take on this key role as Head of Digital Industrial within our Digital Industrial Core Organisation. This position will be located in Sweden, Gothenburg.

What you'll do
The Head of Industrial Digital will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital strategy, driving innovation, and spearheading the integration of cutting-edge technologies into our industrial operations. This strategic leadership position requires a deep understanding of both digital technologies and the nuances of the automotive industry to ensure that our digital deliverables supports and enables our business objectives.

The Industrial Domain covers Planning, Order Scheduling, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality/Warranty and Vehicle services. It also includes all Digital Financial services, supporting the whole company. Together with the Digital Product Managers and the teams, you will secure that needed capabilities will be in place at the right time according to the defined roadmap supporting all car launches.

Your main responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple teams within the Digital Industrial Domain.
- Define the strategic global digital Industrial plans and technology roadmaps together with our strategy team, and secure alignment with the overall global strategic business plan.
- Build, grow and retain the right talent for the digital delivery teams
- Work with global stakeholders both within business (internally and externally), and digital, and build trust-based relationships
- Sponsor and deliver digital projects and initiatives in alignment with requirements
- Work with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning across functions and within the team.
- Create & monitor budget activities, make responsible decisions and adjust operations as appropriate to the environment and adapt cost-effective planning
- Set goals, provide feedback, appraise performance, and help your team develop
- Be accountable for that all digital solutions are secure and meet all global regulatory, privacy and other requirements
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, IT, and external partners, to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of digital solutions.
- Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of industrial data to derive actionable insights that drive efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and inform strategic decisions..
- Manage a team of skilled professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and growth.
- Identify potential risks and cybersecurity threats related to digital systems and processes, implementing measures to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential applicability to our operations and advising on their integration.
- Engage with technology vendors and external partners to evaluate and select solutions, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

Who you are
You are an experienced leader who is motivated by challenges, enjoys building teams and cooperate with others to reach common goals. You have a clear understanding of the business challenges and targets within the Industrial domain and a clear focus on business needs and sense of urgency. You have the ability to manage a large organization, to motivate others and have excellent communication skills. You are transparent, customer oriented and curious to learn new things and strive for continuous improvement.

Furthermore we believe you have:

- BSc or MSc in Data Science/IT/Management/Technology or equivalent degree

- 10+ years of experience in Automotive/Digital and IT Management

- Previous experience from working within the Industrial domain, understanding Industrial and Finance processes

- Passion for driving digital transformation in a production landscape and it’s surroundings and interfaces to Manufacturing partners

- Eager to feel the Industrial heartbeat and can’t wait to join the team.
