Then the position as Head of Digital Marketing in Global Marketing at Atos Medical might be the right next career move for you.
At Atos Medical we have a strong purpose, as we want to better serve and help people who have been laryngectomized and now live with a neck stoma. To succeed with this purpose, we have an ambitious pipeline of upcoming products and initiatives outlined, and as Head of Digital Marketing your primary responsibility will be to ensure impactful digital marketing initiatives, as well as leading the Digital Marketing team and drive global campaigns in close collaboration with our Brand Activation Team and Product Category owners.

Accelerate digital marketing
You will lead a team consisting of a Digital Events Manager, a Paid Search & Platform Manager, and a Digital Assistant. Together with the team you will assume the responsibility to:
• Lead the Digital Marketing campaign plan
• Digital channels strategy
• Digital project management
• “Digitalize” our global brands through development of strong omnichannel marketing initiatives and content
• Set the global standard to best conduct impactful digital marketing initiatives
• Ensure strong local impact from global initiatives, by working closely with our marketing managers in the subsidiaries
Your competencies:
• You are a top-notch marketeer, who are up-to-date on the newest and most impactful marketing trends, and you know how to master them both strategically and operationally
• You are able to successfully develop holistic both product and non-product digital marketing initiatives and toolboxes across several channels
• You are able to successfully lead a team, make people want to follow you, and are able to create results through others
• You have strong problem-solving skills and you are able to adapt and change priorities according to immediate business needs
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• You have solid analytical skills
Your experience:
• 5+ years of business experience within Global/Strategic Marketing, with a digital focus
• 3+ years of experience with people management
• Master’s degree in Economics or Marketing
• Proven track record with development and execution of global and/or local digital marketing initiatives, ideally a track record of strong product launches
• Solid experience in project management, especially in web and mobile app development
• Good knowledge and experience with a wide range of online marketing tools and best practices
• Experience with Salesforce and Pardot is a clear advantage
• Experience within Health Care is an advantage
• Experience from working in a sales subsidiary is an advantage

You are at the same time business-oriented with strong analytical skills and structured with a good overview and sense for details.
