To be successful in this role you have the experience and knowledge in Digital Product Management and Infrastructure services. You collaborate with other parts of the organization in Volvo Group, both in the Community of Volvo Group Digital & IT, with the different business units and Group Functions. What you will do
As a Head of Digital Product & Infrastructure Management, you are managing the digital products and resources in your unit and ensure alignment with the organization’s overall plans and strategies. You understand business needs, the importance of utilizing user journeys and design thinking to secure the digital product brings continuous value. You are passionate to cultivate a customer centric organization that has the power to innovate and develop products that make a meaningful impact. You will manage a unit of 20-25 employees where the main roles are Digital Product Area Managers, Digital Product Mangers and Subject Matter Experts.
You will:
Collaborate primarily with Business Stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, Business Partners and Strategic functions in Volvo Trucks as well as Heads of delivery functions in Volvo Group Digital & IT to build solid roadmaps built on prioritized business needs and IT strategies.
Manage E2E life cycle runtime and onetime budgets and financial follow up for the unit in close cooperation with Heads of delivery functions in Volvo Group Digital & IT
Work close together with Heads of delivery functions in Volvo Group Digital & IT to follow up on quality of the IT delivery
Develop efficient digital product management in your unit, nurture collaboration, stimulate great conversation and transparency between stakeholders
Lead through empowerment, cultivate trust and agile mindset
Drive, as line manager, the professional development and support career development of the team members through coaching and performance feedback.
Who are you?

To be successful in this position we believe you have a university degree or equivalent, and leadership experience, preferably within IT (Information Technology) management or business domain competence in the field of automotive marketing, CRM, retail, sales and master data.
Furthermore, this role requires experience from working towards digital product orientation, agile ways of working, and knowledge of information technology trends.
You will need to be great at collaboration and dialogue and have a truly agile mindset where all members of the cross functional team are involved and where changing requirements based on business needs and market opportunities are embraced.
