We are now looking for Head of Discover & Book value stream

The Discover & Book value stream develop and optimize SAS web & mobile site to help customers discover SAS offers and convert to bookings, upsell and cross-sell. The teams within the value stream ensure that SAS customers meet superior digital services and get inspired by the experience and the content provided.

Digital & IT at SAS are on a transformation journey and we are starting to build in-house digital development capabilities to enable faster, high quality development in close co-operation with business stakeholders.
We are looking for a digital-native leader with energy, competence and collaboration skills to lead our Discover & Book teams, your main focus will be;

• Define and communicate team vision, goals and roadmap – based on customer needs, business strategies and market trends - using tech as an enabler 

• Deliver efficient, high quality development and operations

• Lead, inspire and develop your team and individual employees, attract and retain talent

• Establish close collaboration with business stakeholders and other Digital value streams  and teams to ensure success in achieving business goals

• Build partnerships with external vendors and manage and develop collaboration 

• Source and share individual and team competence across Customer & Commercial Solutions to ensure seamless, innovative and agile development across all SAS channels

• As part of the Leader team – contribute to the overall goals, strategies and plans

Kvalifikationer
We are looking for a leader who is focused on customer value, with a data driven approach to development, loves solving business challenges with IT solutions and has experience in building up teams that can drive development in a fastmoving environment. Any experience from the travel domain is highly valued. 

To be successful in this position you need to be a strong digital IT tech person with good experience in web development as well as experience and knowledge in how to lead digital IT successfully.
