Are you passionate about Operational Excellence and want to apply your experience to drive and lead continuous improvements for Swedbank’s front-line staff?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Lead and inspire a team with a focus on improving processes and driving unified ways of working for Swedbank’s customer-facing employees.
- Demonstrate your knowledge of Lean concepts (process mapping, continuous improvement, waste elimination etc) to set the direction and lead a step change in operational excellence in Swedbank’s Swedish Banking unit.
- Take ownership of improvement ideas, prioritise these against strategic objectives and shape them into tasks that can be successfully delivered
- Building trust with senior stakeholders with your ability to deliver value
- Collaborate with other team managers in Swedish Banking’s Business Development unit to build a high performing business unit leading some of Swedbank’s most strategic and customer-focused changes
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or a great reason for not having one
- Proven business change and operational excellence experience (5+ years)
- Demonstrable experience from banking or other financial services industry or otherwise a demonstrable understanding of how the banking/financial services operates
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to lead conversations with senior stakeholders and maintain a strategic focus
- Track record of leading people in formal or informal roles
- Strong oral and written language and presentation skills (English & Swedish)
- Operational Excellence certification is highly desirable
