If the answer is "Oh Yes!” this opportunity might be something for you. We are now looking for a Head of Domain Controlling with competence lead responsibility.
What you will do as Head of Domain Controlling
As Head of Domain Controlling, you will collaborate and work closely with stakeholders and other senior leaders within and outside Business Tech. A central part of the role will be to guide and support your domains and to contribute to continuous improvement. Your main focus is to enable and encourage a sound business mindset for the invested funds to maximize business value in line with company objectives, while ensuring good control and knowledge of our spend.
You will be competence lead/staff responsible for a team of controllers and it is your priority to have a well-functioning team. You communicate in a clear, inspiring and inclusive way to influence, empower and motivate others. You create a well-functioning workplace where giving and receiving honest feedback is a natural thing.
You like to work in a changing environment, and you do it with an open mind to improve and find new and efficient ways of working.
Furthermore, you will:
Have leadership ability, entrepreneurial spirit and a strategic mindset
Have a genuine curiosity and interest in technology as well as numbers
Be responsible for the execution of budgeting, forecasting and reporting for your domains
Continuously optimize and actively shape our agile financial processes
Support with analysis and guidance for strategic decisions and change management initiatives
Undertake analysis and investigations which contribute to our efficiency and cost consciousness
Inform and educate Business Tech leaders on financial planning and follow-uo
Support and control the purchase processes including invoice handling and agreements
Be a competence lead / staff responsible for a team of controllers
Be involved all the way from analysis to setting short-term goals to follow-ups and building long-term strategies and challenging the way we do business. 
Participate as an important player in the controlling leadership team

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role with extensive business knowledge
Academic degree in business, engineering or equivalent area
Ability to facilitate constructive communication, collaboration and knowledge-sharing between different stakeholder
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to find solutions in complex situations and involve and influence various stakeholders
Ability to challenge status quo and ways of working
Ability to inspire and come up with new ideas
Ability to prioritize and focus on what is important

Additional Information


This is a fulltime position with placement in Stockholm. You will report to Head of Controlling at Business Tech. Please apply with CV and Cover Letter (English) as soon as possible but no later than February 20th 2022.
