Your role
You will be the manager for the group ENEOD, Drivability Software and Strategies, and act as a coach for highly competent agile teams within the global flow for efficient transport functions with the teams' focus on energy consumption and sustainable predictive driving strategies with world-leading drivability.
• Guide and coach teams of engineers in the value flow called Efficient Transport Functions.
• Contribute to the product roadmap for the same value flow, shaping the future of our software solutions.
• Be part of a team of managers serving a flow-based organization, promoting efficiency and productivity, while having fun!
• Coach individuals within the teams, helping them to grow and excel in their roles.
• Take responsibility for the work environment, ensuring a positive and productive atmosphere.
Your skills
• Ability to lead, facilitate, and implement change.
• A mindset of servant leadership, putting the needs of your team first.
• Strong coaching skills to guide your team to success.
• Understanding of embedded software development.
