Tiger of Sweden´s collections encompass men’s and women’s tailoring, ready-to-wear and accessories. headquartered in Stockholm, Tiger of Sweden’s collections are sold globally, both online and at over 1,200 retail stores
Responsible for digitally transforming Tiger of Sweden by putting the customer at heart and driving the continued growth of the eCommerce business as a premium fashion brand. The Head of eCommerce is responsible for the eCommerce channel’s vision, direction and operations in alignment with the company’s vision and direction.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Define and execute a clear strategy to deliver the business growth of eCommerce in line with its premium fashion brand strategy
Manage all websites globally to attract and convert customers and maximize retention.
Isolate key market opportunities and evolve the ecommerce platform for international growth.
Be responsible for direct channel business performance (financial and customer KPIs); proactively understanding issues,
identifying opportunities and developing & executing action plans to address
Set and manage the eCommerce budgets
Optimize the site through continuous analytics & testing, using data driven judgement to prioritize solutions based on their impact
Oversee the merchandising of the website to both meet commercial targets and build brand equity as premium fashion brand
Lead on the execution and improvement of marketing channels, including SEO, social, paid search and CRM, driving sales and brand awareness
Successfully liaise with the internal and external tech teams to ensure that system upgrades and functionality changes are delivered as required, in budget and within minimum disruption for customers
Work in close collaboration with other business functions to create a smooth, multi-channel experience for customers
Lead a highly capable and enthusiastic team to achieve all the above
Experience in working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
Skills & Requirements
8-10 years’ experience in eCommerce
Proven track record in eCommerce management roles
Track record of successfully driving P&L growth and delivering against plan
Strong understanding of all relevant eCommerce best practices, processes and KPIs
Technical minded with a strong interest in digital technology and ecommerce trends
Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem driving customer acquisition and retention
Able to use data and insight to create and inspire innovation and growth
Ambitious entrepreneurial mindset, yet pragmatic and solution-oriented
Positive with high energy and passionate about customer experience
Analytical, detail-oriented and strongly metrics/KPI driven
Collaborative in nature
Strong communication skills, oral and written in English
Well-structured with the ability to shift from detailed to holistic perspective
Passionate about Tiger of Sweden´s values of courage, responsibility, innovation, craftmanship and community
In this role your closest working relationships are internally with the 3rd party online team, retail & Sales team, as well as with Marketing, IT and Logistics.
