Head of Education

For a client, we are now looking for a consultant Head of education. The assignment will start asap and will last for a year, with a chance of prolongation.

ABOUT THE JOB

In this position you will have a key role in ensuring that the customers collaborators are up to date with the newest technologies. There will be some degree of freedom in shaping the role yourself and the specific responsibilities will include:
• work closely with management and head of technical specialists to define an internal educational program
• shape and create an external educational program and keep it up to date
• responsible for a junior talent program, working closely with the universities
• you will work close with the head of technical specialists
• you will also work as a consultant at a client.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for a candidate with the following experiences:
• previous experience with developing educational programmes
• experience from planning and giving training courses
• minimum 8+ years of experience from a technical role
• worked as a consultant for minimum 2 years.

The right candidate for this position is proactive, collaborative, works in a structured way and communicates clearly. As a person you are flexible with a can-do attitude to manage unexpected situations successfully. You have the ability to own projects and assume responsibility without hand-holding. We are looking for someone that is result oriented, well-structured and with a good sense of time-management.
