About the job
As Head of Education, you plan and answer for the educations’ Game Designer and Game Programmer content design, implementation, and follow-up. You get to be involved from start to finish, from content to quality assurance and evaluations. You will be responsible for two classes of full-time students where you support and coach them throughout their journey with us.
Your role as Head of Education means that you function as a mentor for the students. You will work in a coordinating role where you will be involved both operationally and administratively. You may to some extent also take an active role in the education where you will teach, mainly in C++.
Your duties include:
Plan educational content and contract lecturers/teachers according to Changemaker Edcuations’ guidelines.
Manage budget.
Be responsible for ensuring that the study plan and course plans are followed and updated.
Plan and schedule courses and lecturers.
Have a good dialogue with both lecturers/teachers and the students.
Be responsible for evaluations of all courses.
Involve the business community to provide students with a broad network of contacts before their LiA (internship period) and thereby strengthen the opportunity for employment.


About you
We believe that you are pedagogical and thrive in roles where you get the opportunity to exchange knowledge with others. You are structured and prioritize your task with ease. We see it as a big plus if you have experience from the gaming industry where you have established important contacts. It is also very meritorious if you have knowledge of:

Unreal
Unity
JavaScript
Game Script

The classes are held in English which means that excellent English skills is a requirement. Travels may occur and it’s therefore a plus if you have a drivers license, category B.
