Our Nordic eMobility team is a proud part of E.ON, one of Europe’s largest energy companies. E.ON is heavily investing in sustainable energy solutions for homes, business, and cities in 13 countries. As we grow at triple-digit rates across multiple segments, we are looking for several new enthusiastic team members that want to have an impact on the electrification of our Nordic transport system.

We are now looking for a new colleague in the role as Head of eMobility Nordic. Your overall focus will be to make sure that the team´s has the right conditions to be successful, transform the business from a “start-up” to a market leading department and work closely with our colleagues internationally.
To secure that we become market leading within eMobility, you need to build the foundation up regarding structure, automatization and for future growth. So, to do this, you have experience in leading a department during a growth period and securing the teams wellbeing in the transformation. It´s important for us that our employees are healthy, included in the transformation and motivated, so we reach our goals. For this to succeed, we see that you as a leader are humble, easily can take decisions and build strong teams.
You will have the support of Michel Thomas, who you will be reporting to. Michel is a strong leader with focus on the business, people, and sustainability.
