We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic person as the Head of Employee Communications for the area of Business Performance. You and your team will play a key role in creating engagement and understanding around our company strategy, inspiring change and positively impacting leadership communication capability. Contributing to Ericsson being perceived as the technology leader, preferred employer and partner to empower the connected world.


This role reports into the Head of Employee Communications within Group Function Marketing & Corporate Relations.


Your responsibilities
Develop and drive employee communication strategy, messaging and activations to create understanding of and connection with the company strategy and overall business narratives within Ericsson in a collaborative, aligned, consistent way across the global organization. Build communication capability with regards to change and crisis communications, as well as leaders communication.

To be successful in the role you must have following experience
• 10+ years senior internal communication experience
• Extensive experience, preferably in global organization, working in areas of strategy communications, business performance communication, transformation, change and crisis communication with the ability to develop and implement compelling communication strategies & plans with tangible results.
• Deep change communication experience and proven track record of excellent stakeholder management
• Deep understanding of the ICT industry and the Ericsson business
• Experience in defining and implementing a new vision and ‘ways of working’ for a team to challenge obstacles and implement best in class practices
• Outstanding leader and empathic teammate with shown ability to lead through influence and work collaboratively within a diverse and matrixed global organization
• Experience leading direct reports and matrix team to deliver results globally in a coordinated, aligned way
• Ability to lead, inspire and grow communications talent
