We’re now looking for a Head of End User Services – an important role where you work with exciting partnerships and colleagues in a tech savvy manufacturing industry.

Your mission
In this position, you take on a leadership role that engages with key business stakeholders and technology partners in defining a digital workplace strategy that delivers a productive and positive digital employee experience. You assess current capabilities to identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement a carefully considered strategy for sustained growth. Other work duties include:
Leading extensive cross functional teams with many different competences
Taking responsibilities, from a holistic point of view, for the entire product lifecycle – from strategy and vision to discovery and delivery
Creating the product roadmap and ensuring the team’s efforts are aligned with the overall strategy
Defining the strategic vision with ambitious and clear missions, as well as OKRs and translating these into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog that drives agreed KPIs
Identifying, building and managing strategic partnerships across products, working to manage dependencies.
Responsibilities regarding the full digital experience from a workplace perspective within Sandvik
This position allows for remote work and is based in Stockholm or Sandviken.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a relevant University degree and previous experience within different related areas such as team management, evergreen governance including road map development, IT and preferably Digital Workplace. You have earlier experience and knowledge of managerial positions, with the ability to coach and empower your coworkers so they can lead, collaborate, and deliver exceptional results at different ends of the business.
You have experience of negotiating contracts and agreements with large partners and suppliers. To further prove your abilities, you’re capable of gathering, analyzing and understanding customer and business needs, with the comprehension of impact against product backlog. With all this in mind, you understand the market and industry in which we act upon. Working in a global environment, you have excellent English skills, both verbal and in written form.
