About the Position:

Anyfin is seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead and drive our engineering teams, all based in Stockholm. As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical development of our products, shaping the technology strategy, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. You will play a critical role in fostering a culture of urgency, innovation and collaboration within the engineering teams. As of today, the HoE will have three engineering managers as direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and empower a team of engineering managers and developers, cultivating their professional growth with grit and determination.

Define and execute the technology strategy and roadmap, aligning it with our goals and objectives.

Collaborate closely with the product management team to ensure groundbreaking features and products.

Instill a culture of urgency, innovation and collaboration within the engineering organization.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful product launches.

Actively participating in coding and technical discussions, setting a high bar across the engineering teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Proven experience in leading, and managing and scaling engineering teams and leading other leaders.

Experience in fintech or a related industry.

Strong technical background in software development, capable of actively participating in coding and technical discussions.

A track record of delivering high-quality software products on schedule.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology and innovation.
