Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Head of EriMatch Portfolio. Being part of the Global Resource Management (GRM) and Head of EriMatch team you will drive the digitalization of Services Resource Management (SRM), as well as defining and executing the SRM strategy You will be leading the digital evolution of the services resource management to increase adoption. This includes change management and platform development through implementation of business requirements. You will interact with stakeholders across the Business Areas driving business value through the digital solutions and work multi-functionally partnering with different units and business stakeholders at all levels including G IT and external IT vendors, influencing digital strategies and objectives.

You will be heading a global team of Change Managers, Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts.
As a Service Delivery Line Manager, you accelerate service delivery, efficiency and performance in the local and global delivery units in the Market Areas and the Business Areas by building a digital environment that supports global efficiency and profitable growth.

You will:

The role demands considerable flexibility in quickly adapting to shifting needs, and to effectively cover a range of responsibilities including:

Line Management of senior and dedicated Business Transformation Leads based in multiple locations and time zones
Convert SRM Strategy into actionable plans and capabilities
Drive and secure deployment and adoption of platforms within SRM portfolio
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes powered by Automation and Innovation
Support compliance with data strategy & privacy and security requirements
Financial (Budget) ownership, driving spend inline to user requirements and business value.

Influence priorities and roadmap to successfully manage the ground-breaking aspects of Ericsson’s automation journey
Manage identification, assessment, and prioritization of Tools and Automation opportunities and align commitment with respective business sponsors within the BAs
Manage overall program governance, performance, value realization and long-term transformation agenda
Collaborate with stakeholders at different levels and champion change and transformation enablement
Work cross functional across BA and MA business stakeholders as well as G IT


To be successful in the role you must have

We aim high on you as an individual, to bring a good combination of business, leadership and functional experience. You have:

Ability to mentor and guide the highly motivated team members to assess automation opportunities across the domains
Profound experience in leading digital transformation programs and Intelligent Automation.
Good understanding in resource management, project management and Sales processes as well as Ericsson ways of working and Ericsson Business Process (EBP)
Ability to influence across the organization, effectively leading change, originating ideas, championing and gaining commitment
Ability to communicate and drive engagement towards executive stakeholders in MAs and BAs
Ability to persevere with continuous engagement to drive the digitalization agenda across organizations
Working knowledge of Product management, Software Development Life Cycle, Lean, Agile & Flow Knowledge and Skills
Bachelors / master’s degree in engineering, or related fields or Business administration or equivalent



General requirements:
As an SDM (Service Delivery Manager), you will support service sales directly or indirectly via the unit resources as you understand and align with the overall service delivery processes, models, and strategies.
You will have a role in the line organization (the operational organization), with the purpose to lead their area of responsibility aligned with the instructions. You will collaborate to ensure that work is executed within the scope of OHS requirements.
All activities in the Ericsson group are performed under the responsibility of one or more Line Managers. Line Managers act per the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote Ericsson's values, ethics and culture of the organization to ensure excellent performance.
You will:
Ensure service delivery execution
Build a productive work environment for individuals and own organization
Drive performance management (process)
Drive competence management
Conduct Resource management
Look after unit finance within your group.
To be successful in the role you must have:
Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience
Min years of experience: 5
Domain experience: Service Resource Management
Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy
Knowledge of the sales process
Customer and market insight
Excellent Social and communication skills
Financial acumen and skills
Formulating strategies and concepts
Adhering to principles and values
Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.
