Workshop - The consumer experience agency is the largest and leading retail agency in the Nordics och we work with some of the world’s largest brands. We combine strategical, creative and tactical services to create innovative consumer experiences both online and offline. About the role
In this role you are in charge of innovating the service, managing and engaging the field marketing organization, ensuring high quality of the delivered service and most importantly that our teams are creating the wanted results for our clients. You work in close collaboration with different account teams, support functions and the new business team.

By balancing these elements we want our services to become more value adding for our clients, which will be reflected in business growth for WorkShop.

To succeed in the role, we also believe that you are:

- Managing the Field Marketing organization
- Setting up processes and way of work to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Innovating success formulas to drive effect for the clients
- Together with the insights team finding formulas for success that can be implemented in way of work across all clients
- Responsible for contact strategy and communication with our field teams. E.g newsletters, forums and social events
- Working actively to ensure a high employee engagement level by using the quarterly engagement reports as source of insight, also making sure that the tool is being used by the managers
- Responsible for P&L for the business area with focus on gross profit growth and margin improvement
- Ensure that policies are relevant and being followed by the teams
- Active on SOME to position WorkShop and our fantastic services and people
- Plan and execute quarterly onboarding sessions with all new employees


Placement: Stockholm, Oslo or Copenhagen
Start: As soon as possible or according to agreement
Working hours: Full time
