As Head of Field Sales you will be the leader of the team of the field force organization of 200 people. You are a person who understand sales at the retail level, love to build organizations and motivate and engage teams. About the role
In this role you are in charge of innovating the service, managing and engaging the field force organization, ensuring high quality of the delivered service and most importantly that our teams are creating the highest ROI for our clients. You work in close collaboration with our account teams, the other business areas and will be supported by our operations team.

Areas of responsibility

- Managing the Field Force organization
- Setting up processes and way of work to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Innovating success formulas to drive effect for the clients
- Together with the insights team finding formulas for success that can be implemented in way of work across all clients
- Responsible for contact strategy and communication with our field teams. E.g newsletters, forums and social events
- Working actively to ensure a high employee engagement level by using the quarterly engagement reports as source of insight, also making sure that the tool is being used by the managers
- Responsible for P&L for the business area with focus on top line growth and margin improvement.
