About the position:
As Head of Finance, you are responsible for accounting, reporting, salary and budget/forecast processes. You will lead the finance team with existing accounting and controlling competences. You will closely collaborate with the Iver Group's CFO office.
In addition, you will also have some administration tasks like contract management, billing and administration. It is also likely that you will be involved in projects and process development.
You will be a member of the City Network management team and instrumental in the strategy work representing the Finance area.
About the team:
We consider you as a team-player and caring manager to your team. The team consist of 3 persons except yourself. We work closely together and do whatever is needed to deliver the expected outcome. People & Process manager responsibilities will initially be managed by another person in the team.
Roles and areas of responsibilities:
Book-keeping including GL/AP/AR
Monthly reporting, P&L and balance sheet accuracy.
VAT reporting and tax.
Budget follow-up.
Financial analysis.
Inter-company transactions.
Provide support with business case creation.
Projects and process development.
Contact the auditors during interim and year end audit.



Qualifications:
University degree in Business Administration, Economics and/or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum three years of experience as a senior accountant and/or controller.
Experience of working in a large and global organisation with high demands on monthly closings and reporting including deliver high quality and on time.



Analytical skills:
Understanding of the word ”integrity” from a finance risk point of view.
Basic knowledge of the IFRS 16 standard – expert competence available in CFO office.
Fluent in English

You will be a direct report to the CEO of City Network. Key stakeholders are also people at the Group CFO office.
