Head of Finance

Eliq is looking for our next Finance leader, to drive and develop the financial operations of the business. In this role, you’ll partner with the CEO and other functional leaders to drive efficiency and results.
You’ll be leading and developing a small finance team, including outsourced accounting functions across our offices in Sweden, the UK, and Lithuania.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end financial operations, from FP&A and budgeting to cash flow management.
Lead outsourced accounting functions for Eliq and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Strategic partner to the CEO and wider leadership team to support on commercial direction and long term strategic planning
Own the company’s budgeting and forecasting
Continuous process improvement and automation to enable to business to scale
Own and continually redefine the KPI, financial, operational and board reporting
Effective management of financial control and cash flow
Lead on tax and statutory compliance



Requirements
7+ years of experience in the finance sector, with a focus on Enterprise SaaS.
Strong background in FP&A or controlling, essential for this role.
Proven capability to manage financial operations.
Experience working with VCs is a plus
Metrics- and results-driven approach to financial management.
Strong leadership skills
