What you’ll do at Nexus

As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the financial management of our operations, reporting, and internal processes. You will support the Nexus' management team and our CFO in driving the business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Drive accounting, controlling, and treasury of Nexus entities by leading a dedicated team.

- Lead annual budgeting, forecast, reporting, and planning in accordance with the group instructions. You will also consolidate accounts based on IFRS and report to the group on monthly basis.

- Set up appropriate controlling of the activity: define and follow KPIs, accompany business lines managers with accurate and appropriate analyses, perform “program” cost control (EAC, ETC…), and improve forecast accuracy.

- Ensure all accounting/tax activities comply with regulations, and manage cash flows within your perimeter.

- Develop secure procedures under internal audit recommendations, and participate in transversal projects (ERP…)

- You possess sharp analytical skills which allow you to handle difficult or unexpected situations in the workplace as well as complex business challenges.



Qualifications

- You possess a significant background in accounting/finance and you have great knowledge of accounting GAAP.

- You are experienced in people management within finance and feel comfortable managing a remote team.

- You are experienced in setting up controlling in-service activities.

- You have a Master's degree or equivalent experience.

- You possess a professional working proficiency level in English. Swedish and/or French is nice to have, however, we highly value instead a good knowledge of the Swedish Industry and legislation.

- You feel comfortable working in a Matrix environment.

- You have the ability to travel within Europe.
