Head of Finance Sector - Technology Services

Our client is one of the world's largest providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services.The company is prestigious with a good reputation and has operations in about thirty countries.For the Swedish head office in Stockholm we are now recruiting; Head of Finance Sector - Technology Services You will be responsible of Managing the Finance Sector for the Swedish organization, including accountability for sales and monitoring delivery.You will also ensuring profitable and sustainable target revenues within the Finance Sector and contributing strongly to a vital growth of the sector and maximize short and long term business relationship with Finance clients.Furthermore you will be responsible of ?managing?a virtual team internally of key account managers, consultants with finance competence and other relevant stakeholders.Four key areas of responsibility are: - Account strategy (situation analysis, business planning, account management organization etcetera) - Sales & Revenue (business plan to funnel creation, from funnel to sales, forecasting, monitoring KPI?s etcetera) - Client intimacy ( relationship development, managing complex client situations) - Account Development Team (account team set up, team management, individual performance management) We are looking for someone with a university degree, preferably within economics or engineering, and extensive experience in selling complex IT solutions alternative equivalent knowledge acquired in a senior role within IT project management, management consulting or business development.You are experienced in creating business results and closure of business deals and have extensive experience from Banking /Finance.
