Your mission

We are looking for someone to help manage our credit risk for large, complex automotive fleet relationships. The Head of Fleet Credit Risk will be responsible for owning the end-to-end Risk Management policy and capabilities for our Fleet customers, including underwriting, monitoring and collections. Responsibilities will include staffing the team, owning and updating policies and procedures, and working with digital teams and other stakeholders to enhance our capabilities. The Head of Fleet Credit Risk will ultimately be working towards developing and being accountable for Key Performance and Key Risk Indicators that balance our ambitious growth objectives with our risk of losses.

Skills and Qualifications:

•    A minimum of 7 years of credit analysis experience with a focus on underwriting and monitoring B2B credit risk. Specific experience within the automotive fleet finance industry is a plus.
•    Professional experience working with operational teams in complex environments where policies and processes are not always fully defined.
•    Experience building teams.setting KPIs and 
•    Strong relationship builder and demonstrated leader with an ability to build and motivate teams.
•    A university education with a focus on finance, economics, or business.
•    Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English; preferably working proficiency in another language.
•    Practical experience of agile working methods within e-commerce services is a plus.
